Simple Keto Beef Stew


With this simple recipe you can create a simple beef stew that is good for you and for anyone who is not following the ketogenic diet. I like to use 'melt in your mouth' chunks of beef. I think that if I eat one meal a day - I must make it a feast and enjoy it!

    • 1 lbs. fatty beef cut in chunks

    • 1/2 onion chopped

    • 1/2 head of garlic cloves minced

    • 2-3 tomatoes chopped

    • 1 carrot cut in chunks

    • 1-2 stalks of celery chopped

    • 1 bunch of parsley

    • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, turmeric - to taste

    • Water

Sautee the onion until golden. Add the beef and brown it all around to preserve the juices and flavor. Once brown add the garlic cloves, tomatoes, carrot, celery and spices. Stir a little to cover all the ingredients with the spices.  Add the parsley and stir. Add the water slowly until the ingredients in the pot are covered and just a bit more. Bring to a boil and lower the heat. Simmer for 2 hours. Can be served on top of baked spaghetti squash or with roasted vegetables.
