Amazingly Easy Yummy Kale Chips
These kale chips are very easy to make. They have a surprisingly great taste - and I say surprising because when you think of eating kale the first thing that comes to mind is eating a bitter herb, and these chips are far from being bitter. You can really show off before friends when you invite them over.
1 bunch of fresh kale
2-3 tbs. of olive oil
Salt to taste
Preheat the oven to 350F and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the stems from the kale leaves.
Wash them thoroughly and dry with a paper towel or a lettuce spinner.
Put the kale in a bowl and drizzle the oil and salt. Mix well.
Place the kale on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until you begin to see that the edges of the kale begin to brown. Be careful not to burn the chips!
