Crock-Pot Chicken Thighs - LCHF - Keto Friendly Recipe
This is a good recipe to prepare when you run out of ideas! After 6 hours on the crock-pot the chicken comes out very soft. If you leave it longer the meat will fall of the bone. You can use the drippings on the pot for a chicken broth.
4-6 chicken thighs with the skin
8-10 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of oil
1 lb. green beans
Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
In a large bowl combine the oil, garlic and the spices. Rub the chicken and the green beans with the spice mixture. Put the green beans in the bottom of a crock-pot and on top put the chicken. Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Lower the temperature to warm. Can be served with roasted vegetables, mixed greens or spaghetti squash.
