Keto Friendly - Grilled Chicken Skewers

These chicken skewers are so easy, moist and full of flavor! I only use skinless boneless chicken thighs. Put them on a skewer and grill them - My entire family loves them, even those who do not follow the ketogenic diet. The picture shows two skewers as a portion, but in reality I eat only one.

    • 8 boneless chicken thighs

    • 1/4 cup olive oil

    • Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder

in a large bowl mix the oil with the spices. Rub the chicken thighs with the mixture of spices. Let sit for 30 minutes. Warm up the grill and cook the skewers until done. Once they are ready on one side - flip them over - it take approximately 8-10 minutes from each side. These skewers can be served with a salad of mixed greens, roasted vegetables or spaghetti squash.
