Spinach and Green Onions Omelet - Paleo, Low Carb, Keto


This Spinach and Green Onions Omelet is one of my favorites breakfast. It has all the ingredients for a perfect ketogenic diet and it will not kick you out of ketosis.

    • 3 eggs

    • 1 chopped green onion

    • 1/2 cup of spinach

    • 3 tbs. of olive oil

    • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Beat the eggs. Add spices to taste.

Preheat the oil in a pan. Stir fry a little the green onions and the spinach.

Pour the eggs on top of the vegetables in the pan. Reduce the head to medium-low.

When the eggs are not liquid anymore and you see the edges start to brown a little you can flip it or fold it in half.

Serve with tomatoes slices covered with olive oil, juice of a lemon, minced garlic and salt and pepper.
