Chunky Avocado Dip


This Chunky Avocado Dip is very simple to prepare. Since avocado is one of the healthiest low carb foods that you can eat on the ketogenic diet, the avocado can be consumed everyday. It is low in saturated fats. This dip can be served for breakfast or as a dressing on top of a salad of greens.

    • 2-3 ripe avocadoes (not too soft)

    • 1 chopped green onion

    • 3 hard boiled eggs

    • Juice of 1 lemon

    • 2 cloves of garlic

    • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Chop the hard boiled eggs and mash the avocado. Add chopped green onion, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste and mix well.

This chunky avocado dip can stay in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
