Amazing Keto Friendly Egg Salad


This egg salad is very simple to prepare. There is no need to use a food processor. It consist of a few simple ingredients and the amount of eggs can vary. You can follow the recipe to get the same results or you can change it and add celery or green onions. I like to use it as a dressing to my green salads, after all it contains my homemade mayo and spices.

    • 8-10 hard boiled eggs

    • 1 chopped green onion

    • 3/4 cup homemade mayo

    • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

Chop the hard boiled eggs to very small bits (do not use a food processor - this will make a mush and it will create a very soft egg salad). Put the chopped eggs in a large bowl. Add the homemade mayo, chopped green onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and mix well. This egg salad can stay in an airtight container for 4-5 days.
